1. Click on the My Settings avatar icon at the top right.

2. Click on My Profile.

3. Click Update profile picture.

4. Select from your files or drag an image right into the box

Admin Account Settings

Here are 4 easy steps to manage personal settings:

1. Log into the account at app.coachlogix.com.

2. Click on the My Settings avatar icon at the top right.

3. Click My Settings.

4. There are two panels within the settings, General and Notifications.

 

General

The general panel is where Coaches can set the profile settings for their account including a Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Gender, Language and Timezone.

 

Notifications

The Notifications panel allows control of account notifications that can be set globally or individually. 

Global Notifications control whether the app will receive notifications across all accounts via app notifications and email.

Email Notifications can be set here so that all engagement notifications will follow to your defaulted settings.

General
The general panel is where coaches can set the profile settings for their account including their Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Gender, Language and Timezone.

Notifications
The Notifications Settings allow the control which notifications will be set globally or individually for the account.

Email Notifications can be set here so that all engagement notifications will follow to the defaulted settings. 

 

Calendar Sync

Here are 7 easy steps to sync your calendar:

1. Coaches can sync calendars by clicking Add Calendar


Cronofy will open a window with the options to sync your calendar with iCloud, Google Calendar, Office 365, Exchange, and Outlook.

2. Select a calendar to sync and click Save.

3. Set the availability by setting standard hours. Click on a slider to turn it on. Coaches can set the standard hours for each day of the week.

4. Next you can set an amount of time in between your sessions by setting your default Padding

5. After the padding is set you can select what hours during the day that your coachees cannot schedule a session with you.

6. Set the minimum amount of time a coachee can cancel a session.

7. Coaches can optionally set a Default Location and then click Save.
