Coach Types

  1. Internal Coaches - Coaches that are employees of a Client Company.
  2. Independent Coaches - Contracted Coaches that run a personal practice.
  3. Vendor Coaches - Vendor Coaches that are shared with Client Companies.

 

How to Add Internal and Independent Coaches

Here are 8 steps to adding an Internal or Independent Coach:

  1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com. 
  2. Click on Coaches in the left navigation.
  3. Click on Add Coach.
  4. Select if the Coach is Internal Coach or an Independent Coach.
  5. Input the Coach's Email Address. If the Coach is in the system click their name to connect or...
  6. Fill out the Coach's information.
  7. Click the checkbox to Send Invitation.
  8. Click Add.

Helpful Tip: The Admin must invite the Vendor Point of Contact and request Coaches (or the Point of Contact can share Coaches). Clients cannot send invites to Vendor Coaches on behalf of the Coaching Company. The Point of Contact needs to approve the request and send the invite to the vendor coach to ensure the connection is set up properly.
Advanced Tip: If the vendors page is not visible in the left navigation change the account configuration to Sells Coaching under Account Settings.

 

How to Add Vendor Companies and Request Vendor Coaches

Adding Vendor Coaches

Here are 7 easy steps to adding an Internal or Independent Coach:

  1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on Coaches.
  3. Click on Add a Coach
  4. Input the Coach's Email Address. If the user is in the system you can click their name to connect or...
  5. Fill out the Coach's information.
  6. Click the checkbox to Send Invitation.
  7. Click Add.

 

Requesting Coaches

You must be connected to a vendor before requesting coaches.

Here are 10 steps to adding an Internal or Independent Coach:

  1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on Coaches.
  3. Click on Vendor Companies.
  4. Choose the Vendor you wish to request from.
  5. Click on Coaches and then Request Coach.
  6. Type in the email of the Coach and click Next.
  7. If the Coach is in the system the name should appear and click Request.
  8. If the Coach is not yet in the system type in the email of the Coach.
  9. Fill in the Coach information.
  10. Click Save and an internal record will be created for the Coach. 

 

Approving Coaches

Here are 6 steps to approve a coach:

  1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on Clients
  3. Click on Client Companies.
  4. Choose the Client you wish to accept from.
  5. Click on Coaches.
  6. Click on Accept

 

Disconnect or Stop Sharing Coaches

Here are 5 easy steps to remove/stop sharing a coach:

  1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on Coaches.
  3. Select a Coach.
  4. Click on the three dots "..."  next to the Coach.
  5. Click Disconnect or Stop Sharing.
