Adding a Client

Here are 6 easy steps to add a client:

  1. Log into your account at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Go to your Clients page.
  3. Click ADD CLIENT in the upper right corner.
  4. Select the type of client: You can add directly contracted coachees or client sponsored coachees. If you are adding a directly contracted coachee skip to step 6. 
  5. If you want to add a client sponsored coachee, first create the client company. Then add employees to the client company,  under the "Coachees" tab. If the client company is active, you will need to send a request to the company point of contact to approve any coachees you request. If the company is inactive, you can invite coachees and create engagements without approval. 
  6. You will have the option to send an invitation or immediately create a record of the client. If you don't want to send the invitation now, you can always send it later from the client's profile page.

Add Coaches Through Client Companies

PLEASE NOTE: If the client you are adding is active and pays for CoachLogix, a "coaches" tab appears.  This is where the vendor can share coaches with the client, so the client can create the engagements.

  1. Log into your account at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Go to your Clients page.
  3. Click ADD CLIENT in the upper right corner.
  4. Choose Client Company.
  5. Set up the Client Company account. 
  6. After this client is set up and active, the Admin will see a Coaches tab when viewing the Company page.
  7. Click Coaches tab and add coaches.
