About Program Items

A Program's purpose is to organize Engagements between the Coach and Coachee. Within a Program Admins/Editors have the option of adding 5 different items.

Program Items include: Sessions, Forms, Files, Tasks, & Links.   

Helpful tip: You are also able to create and reuse Program Templates for future Engagements. 

Advanced tip: On the Engagement list page there is an option to customize the columns by clicking the Gear icon.

 

Adding Program Items

  • From within your engagement click Add Item.
  • Select a Program Item.

The item will now be added to your Program list. You can add the details to the item and assign it to the Engagement Participants

 
 

Setting Notifications

Each Program Item comes with a notifications bell that can be customized ahead of time for your Engagements. 

  • Click on the Notification bell.
  • Set your Notifications and click Save.

Session Notifications

Session notifications are set based on when the Session is scheduled. Admins can customize the notification content, enable reminders, and see a preview of the email notification the Participant will see. 

If the Session is the first item on the Program it will trigger the next Program item's notifications after the Session is completed.

Task Notifications

Task notifications settings allow Admins to customize the notification content. They can be sent automatically after a set amount of time after the Engagement starts, have reminders for Tasks, and see a preview of the email notification the Participant will be able to see.

If the Task is the first item on the Program it will trigger the next Program item's notifications after the Session is completed.

File Notifications

File notifications settings allow Admins to customize the notification content. They can be sent automatically after a set time when the Engagement starts, have reminders for the notifications, and see a preview of the email notification the Participant will see.

If the File is the first item on the Program it will trigger the next Program item's notifications after the Session is completed.

Form Notifications

Form notifications settings allow Admins to customize the notification content. They can be sent automatically after a set time when the Engagement starts, have reminders for the notifications, and see a preview of the email notification the Participant will see.

If the form is the first item on the program it will trigger the next program item's notifications after the session is completed.

Link Notifications

Link notifications settings allow Admins to customize the notification content. They can be sent automatically after a set time when the Engagement starts, have reminders for the notifications, and see a preview of the email notification the Participant will see.

If the Link is the first item on the Program it will trigger the next Program item's notifications after the Session is completed.

 

 

 

Notifications in Your Custom Program Templates

Admins can create a Program Template to be reused. In a Program Template you may set the Notifications ahead of time. This can save time from creating each Engagement manually.

  • From your Account Settings click on Program Templates.
  • Click Add Program Template.
  • Add items and use the Notification bell to set Notifications.

Completing Program Items

When an Admin is ready to complete Program Items they can click the checkmark at the top right of the item.

Coachees may complete Tasks, Action Items, Milestones, and Goals
