Adding Resources

The Resources page is where you can upload global and confidential resources. 

There are three sections in Admin resource pages

  1. My resources
  2. Shared with me
  3. Admin resources

There are two sections in Coach resource pages

  1. My resources
  2. Shared with me

If a coach is selected to be a location admin they then will be able to see Admin Resources

Please Note: Coachees can upload/download resources in Engagement Settings only.

1. Log into your account at

2. Click on Resources.

3. Click on Add Resource.

4. You can add a Folder, File, or a Form.



You can upload files to your resources straight from your computer or you can sync files from Google Drive, Dropbox, Evernote, Box, and OneDrive. Accepted file formats include images, doc files, PDFs, sheets, and slides.

Here are 3 easy steps to add a file

1. Click on Upload File.

2. Select a source to upload your file from.

3. Select the file you wish to upload and click Upload.



Forms allow Admins to collect aggregate data on the participants of their engagements. Only global admins can see confidential form results whether the form is in My resources, Shared with me, or Admin resources

If a confidential form is in Admin resources, then global admins can add it to programs but they cannot view results. 

If a non-confidential form is in Admin resources, then location admins can view it.

Here are 3 easy steps to add a form:

1. Click on Create Form.

2. You can add a Text Question, Numeric Question, Single Choice, Multiple Choice, and Dropdown Menus.

3. You can optionally set the privacy of the form by clicking on the lock at the top of the form.



Folders provide a way to organize the resources. Items can be added inside the folder. 

Here are 5 easy steps to add a folder:

1. Click on Folder.

2. Give your folder a Name.

3. Click Create.

The folder is now ready to add resources to. The more options menu allows you to Share, Duplicate, or Remove the folder.

4. Click on the folder to open it.

5. Click Add Resource.

Any resources you add will be specific to that folder. 



You can share resources with anyone within your company globally in the resources page. 

Here are 4 easy steps to add a file:

1. Once a resource is uploaded click the more options menu "...".

2. Select Share.

3. Choose a person to share the resource with.

4. Click Ok.
