Coachees have multiple options when filling out a form within an engagement. Coachees can answer forms from their: 

  1. Engagement Program
  2. Notifications Panel
  3. Email Notification


Helpful Tip: The emails are sent by default but Admins can turn off the email notifications in their Company Settings

Please Note: If users do not receive an email check the Engagement's Program or the in app Notifications Panel.
 
 

Filling out a Form from an Engagement

Here are 5 easy steps to fill out a form from an engagement:

1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com. 

2. Select your desired engagement.

3. If your coach or admin have sent the form to you it can be answered by clicking on it from inside the engagement program > and then select the form. 

4. Click Respond.

Please Note: Another window will open containing the form. Fill out the form responses and be sure to answer any required questions. 

5. Click Send.


  

Filling out a Form from the Notifications Panel

Here are 4 easy steps to fill out a form from the Notifications Panel

1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com.

2. Click on the Notification Bell in the top right.

3. Select the form notification and click Respond.

Note: Another window will open containing the form. Fill out the form responses and be sure to answer any required questions. 

4. Click Send.

 

Filling out a Form from an Email

Here are 3 easy steps to fill out a form from an email:

1. Log into the email account used to activate account. 

2. If the coach or admin have sent the form, it can be answered by clicking on Respond from inside the email.

3. Another page will open containing the form. Fill out the form responses and answer all required questions in order to complete the form.
