Personal Settings

Here are 2 easy steps to manage your personal settings:

  1. Go to your personal settings via the menu in the upper right corner to update your timezone and notifications.
  2.  If you are a coach, this is also where you can view/edit your coach profile.

Helpful tip: If you are a coach but do not see the profile link, we’ll show you how to make yourself a coach coming up.

Program Templates

Here are 4 easy steps to using program templates:

  1. You can use the standard program template or make a copy.
  2. Go to Account Settings and click the Program Templates tab.
  3. Click Add Program Template.
  4. Enter a name and select the program you would like to copy, then click Save.

Add Coaches

Here are 8 easy steps to adding coaches:

  1. Go to the Account Settings page. 
  2. Click the Employees tab.
  3. Click Add Employee.
  4. Fill out the employee's email address.
  5. Fill out the employee's information.
  6. Click Add.
  7. To make this employee a coach click on the new employee's name in the list to open their profile.
  8. Under account roles select that the employee does provide coaching in the checkbox.

Add Clients

Here are 3 easy steps to adding clients:

  1. Add personal clients or client companies. 
  2. If coaching several people at one company, add the company first, then add coachees.
  3. After adding coachees to client companies, they will become available for coach matching.

Create Engagements

Here are 6 easy steps to creating engagements:

  1. Go to the engagements page and click the Create button.
  2. Search and select the coachee and the coach.
  3. Click save
  4. Once you click St the coach can start updating it.

Helpful Tip: The engagement is in a “draft” state until you click the start button.

Privacy and Security

Privacy: What can everyone see?

1. If you invite coachees, they can only see program items assigned to them; they cannot see program items assigned to coaches, admins, nor anyone else.

2. Only global admins can view confidential survey data. 

3. All CoachLogix features under the Goals, Notes and Resources tabs are optional; none are required. 

4. Goals under the “Goals” tab are visible to all engagement participants and admins.

5. Notes are confidential by default, however individuals can optionally share notes with others.

6. Resources added under the engagement Resources tab are visible to all participants and admins. 

7. Files added under engagement settings are only visible to admins and coaches.
