How to SEND an Invitation to a CLIENT

Here are 4 easy steps to select which kind of client to invite:

  1. Log into your account at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on the Clients icon in the left navigation.
  3. Click Add Client.
  4. Select whether it is an Individual Client or a Client Company.

Here are 4 easy steps to invite the client:

  1. If the client is an individual enter the clients' email address and click next.
  2. If the client is a company search the company name and click next.
  3. Add the user's First and Last name.
  4. Click the checkbox to send an invitation and then click ADD.

 

How to SEND an Invitation to a COACH

Here are 7 steps to invite a coach:

  1. Log into your account at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on the Coaches icon on the toolbar.
  3. Click Add. 
  4. Choose Internal Coach or Independent Coach.
  5. Enter the coach's Email Address and click next.
  6. Enter the user's First and Last name.
  7. Click the checkbox to send an invitation and then click ADD.

 

How to SEND an Invitation to a VENDOR

Here are 7 steps to invite a vendor:

  1. Log into your account at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on the Vendors icon on the toolbar.
  3. Click Add. 
  4. Choose External Vendor.
  5. Search the company's name and click next. 
  6. Enter a point of contact's name.
  7. Click ADD.

 

How to RESEND an Invitation to a Client, Coach, or Vendor

Here are 4 easy steps to resend an invite:

  1. Log into your account at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on the either the coaches, clients, or vendors tab.
  3. Choose the person you'd like to resend an invitation to and select the vertical 3 dot button on the right.
  4. Select send invitation.

 

Helpful Hint: Links to create passwords expire after 24 hours. You can re-send invitations once every 24 hours.
