Q: How do I reset my password?
Click “Don’t remember your password?” on the login page. If this does not work, send our customer support team a message on within the app or via email and we will assist you with resetting your password.

Q: I sent an invitation to someone and they did not receive it.
Ask the recipient to check junk and spam folders for the invitation. Links to create passwords expire after 24 hours. You can re-send invitations once every 24 hours from the user or company summary pages.

Q: How do I report a bug?
Report any bugs or issues you encounter immediately via our in-app chat support feature. Please include steps to reproduce the issue with screenshots, page URLs, and user emails if possible.

Q: How do I automate sending program items and their notifications and reminders?
You can automate sending program items, notifications, and reminders from the more options menu "..."  in the Engagement Program or from the Engagement Template builder in your Resources page.

Q: Why can’t I make an invoice?
In order for an invoice to populate data both sides need to put their mailing addresses on their company profiles. If the invoice is not populating line items make sure that there is a contract applied to the Engagement.

Q: How do I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your plan, simply click VIEW PLANS and select the Free plan again. Your account will no longer be charged.

Q: Can I create group coaching Engagements with more than one Coach or Coachee?

CoachLogix only supports 1:1 Engagements at this time with one Coachee allowed. We don't yet support group Engagements with more than one coachee. 

CoachLogix does support Group Messaging for chatting with multiple users within your company network. 

Admins may, however, add users and stakeholders to view, comment, provide feedback. or participate in Sessions and Forms.

Q: How do I add Themes to Goals in an active Engagement?

Themes can be used once the Admin selects a Theme Library from the Engagement Settings tab. Once a goal is added themes can be tagged.
