Where to Find Session Location Settings

Find the Location Settings within:

  • Engagement Settings
  • Engagement Session Cards.
  • Engagement Program Templates

Helpful tip: This can help save time when creating an Engagement. Using Program Template Settings can keep users from repetitive Engagement settings.

Setting Engagement Location Defaults

Engagement Defaults

Follow these steps to set a Default Location in Engagements:

  • Click on Engagements and select an Engagement.
  • Choose the Settings Tab.
  • Under General click on Default Meeting Location.
  • Create a new Meeting Location by clicking Add New.
  • Add an Address, Video URL, Phone Number, or In-App Video and click Save.

Advanced Tip: Uncheck the Save Location box so that it is not set as a Saved Location.

Session Defaults

Follow these steps to set a Default Location in Session Cards:

  • Click on Engagements and select an Engagement.
  • Create a Session by adding an item and choosing Engagement Session.
  • Add a Location under Session Details. 
  • Click Add New to create a new Meeting Location.
  • Add an Address, Video URL, Phone Number, or In-App Video and click Save.

Program Template Defaults

Follow these steps to set a default location in Program Templates: 

  • Click on the Company Settings Icon from the left navigation bar.
  • Click on Program Templates.
  • Select a Template or choose add a new one.
  • Click on Settings.
  • Click on Default Meeting Location.
  • Create a new Meeting Location by clicking Add New.
  • Add an Address, Video URL, Phone Number, or In-App Video and click Save.

Deleting Location Settings

Here are 2 easy steps to to delete a location:

  1. Follow the steps above to locate the current Meeting Location.
  2. Click on the Trash Icon to delete the location.
