Creating Links

Users can add links to Resources and Engagements for other users to access. 

Here are 6 steps to adding a link to Resources:

  1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on the Resources page in the main navigation.
  3. Click Add Resource.
  4. Select Create Link.
  5. Add the Link's name, description, and URL.
  6. Click Save.

Here are 5 steps to add a link as a program item:

  1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on the engagement that you'd like to edit.
  3. Select Add Item and click on Link.
  4. The link previously added to the Resources page should appear.
  5. Click on it to add it to the program.

Here are 4 steps to add a link to Task/Session Descriptions:

  1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on the engagement that you'd like to edit.
  3. Choose the session or task that you'd like to update.
  4. In the description type or add your desired link.

Here are 4 steps to add a link to Engagement Notes:

  1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on the engagement that you'd like to edit.
  3. Choose the notes tab and note you'd like to update.
  4. In the description click on the link icon to add your link to the note.

Here are 4 steps to add a link to a Profile Summary:

  1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on My Profile on the drop down menu under your profile picture
  3. Click on edit Summary. 
  4. In the description click on the link icon to add your link to the summary

Here are 4 steps to add a link through the Messaging Center:

  1. Log into the app at app.coachlogix.com.
  2. Click on the messaging center icon on the top right of your page.
  3. Create a new message or find already existing messages with a client. 
  4. Type the link you wish to send and click send.
