Once the admin has started the engagement the mobile app can be used to Add Goals, Milestones, Request Feedback, and Provide Feedback.
 

Adding a Goal

Here are 5 easy steps to add a goal:

  1. Click on the Engagements tab on the bottom toolbar. 
  2. Choose your desired engagement. 
  3. Click on the Goals tab. 
  4. Click the Add icon to add a new goal.
  5. Set a Target Date for your goal. 

Once a goal is assigned it will appear in the Goals tab.  

 

Adding Items to Goals

There are 3 items that can be added within a goal:

  1. Themes 
  2. Milestones 
  3. Comments & Feedback 

Please Note: The admin must choose a Theme Library in the Engagement Settings in order to activate themes on desktop AND mobile.

Complete a Goal

Here are 3 easy steps to complete a goal:

  1. Choose your desired Goal.
  2. Click on the "..." in the top right hand corner. 
  3. Choose Mark As Complete to complete the goal. 

  

Add and Complete Milestones

Here are 4 easy steps to add milestones to a goal

  1. Choose your desired goal
  2. Click on Add Milestone
  3. Add a Milestone Title and Due Date.
  4. Click Add Milestone
  5. Complete it by clicking the check box to the left of the milestone.

 

Send a Request for Feedback

Here are 3 easy steps to request feedback:

  1. Choose your desired goal
  2. Scroll to the bottom of your goal and choose Request Feedback
  3. The stakeholders that are present on that goal will be sent a request for feedback. 

Please Note: Stakeholders have to be added in the desktop app

 

Provide Feedback

The stakeholders present in the goal have received a request for feedback. These stakeholders can now provide feedback on the goal. 

Here are 3 easy steps to provide feedback:

  1. Choose your desired goal
  2. Scroll to the bottom of your goal and choose Provide Feedback
  3. Fill out the feedback form and press Submit
