Add a Task to Your Engagement
Tasks are a program Item type that assigns an action to engagement participants.
Each task can only have 1 user assigned to it.
- From the Engagements page select an Engagement or create a new one.
- Click on any item in the Program section.
- Click Add Item and select Task.
- Fill out a Name and Description and add an Assignee.
- Click on Send Task.
Advanced tip: Admins can set up tasks ahead of time inside program templates.
The following program items can be added into an engagement:
Please Note: Program items will re-order based on their state. The items that have been sent or completed will move up on the program list. When an item is sent it will move up the list and when it is completed it will move up again on the program list.
